IMPORTANT: CueKeep is a memory and conversation companion. It is NOT a medical device, nor does it provide clinical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or emergency response services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CueKeep, caregivers acknowledge that they are responsible for the accuracy of the memory context provided to the system and understand its non-medical boundaries.

2. Use License

Subscriptions grant a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the CueKeep voice interface for one primary patient and up to 5 connected family caregivers.

3. Limitations of Liability

We build our system with extensive safety guardrails, including strict refusal to provide medical advice or dispatch emergency services. We are not liable for actions taken by the patient or caregiver based on conversations with the software.
